Multiple strategic services crossed the site that were trial-holed then worked around systematically, building the carpark 1m up in new quarried stone containing layers of geogrid as the ground was poor.

Also installed underground stormwater storage tanks, kerbs and shallow drainage, ducting, column sleeves, Bike shelter base & install structure, multiple EV charger points, prepped for the tarmac, shaped embankments & installed sleeper retaining walls.
