This previously developed concrete yard area was cut & broken out by us, excavated to form piling mat & piled (by others) as required.
The area was blinded and rebar placed, shutters, boltboxes and the slab cast and powerfloated.
We have also installed foul drainage to 2.5m deep with slight redesign (approved by design engineers) to remove from the proposed area of piling and take storm drainage out of the building.
A second nearby slab is about to be cast for a separate office area.
