To encourage a better working environment for their employees, a large Pharmaceutical company envisaged building a greenhouse and potting shed to enable their valued workforce to unwind, and use their free time (literally) productively onsite.
This was very much a bespoke build with attention to detail for architectural nuances paramount to deliver an exceptional project that included the aluminium greenhouse build and the quaint adjoining traditional build brick potting shed.
Our input for these works included installing a temporary haul road to enable access to excavate, stone and blind the build area with concrete. A reinforced raft foundation was constructed and concreted for others to build off, incorporating Meadrain antique channel drain within the floor along with service ducting.
Drainage and external planters were placed and the general area stoned and finished with aesthetically pleasing tightly bound decorative gravel surface after others had installed a Pergola and Picket fence to complete the look.
