Phase 2 of this build saw us break out more of the existing concrete yard area, excavate and form piling mat for others to install base driven steel piles as required.
The area was then dug around, piles trimmed to level, concrete blinded, rebar placed, shutters and boltboxes floated into position using total station. The 500mm slab was cast and hand floated flat.
Upon completion of the main Phase 1 shed works, within Phase 2 we also installed F900 drainage channels, a large access ramp complete with Armco barriers (for the forklift trucks) was installed and the yard area made good against it with yet more E900 channels connected to the existing storm water system.

The foul drainage diversion around the phase 1 build was completed, and we currently await Phase 2 superstructure completion so that we can install insulation, floor screed and external access ramps as necessary to complete the build.
