Continuous investment on this site to improve productivity saw the removal of redundant silo’s and adjacent plant by others, opening up the area for purposeful redevelopment.

We undertook the breakout the existing reinforced bases (upto 1m deep) proof dig and provide a piling mat. Base driven steel piles (by others) were installed, and we cut them to height, installed a reinforcement cage, shuttering installed and cast a 500mm thick concrete base large enough for 5 new large silo’s was cast.

Beyond this, new drainage channels were installed along with necessary drainage connections to improve the existing historical surface water issues, and the remaining yard was concreted in the normal manner
